Bug reports: what to include
Detailed reports help us fix things quickly:
- Browser & OS (e.g., Chrome 118 on macOS)
- Steps to reproduce (what you clicked/typed)
- Error text (screenshots welcome)
- Resource details (Space name, server/db name if relevant)
Scope of support
ITS provides foundational support for Spinup Self-Service (access, provisioning, networking, backups). Application configuration is out-of-scope; for that, consider a managed server via ServiceNow.
